dear friend after reading your message yesterday i visited hp.com website it is accessible with firefox i am also useing hp laptop. you can do one more thing please open the varanty card and your friends to read the helpline number and call them during working hours in that website there is a link named download drivers.and press enter on it and you can download drivers easily.
