I wouldn't advice you to go to HRLN, they won't do with out asking huge money. Once I went for asking help for filing my petition in Supreme Court, they asked me 50,000 rupees. Finally they settled for 10,000 rupees for one hearing, unfortunately I didn't get any relief from supreme court.
