Dear George Sir,

I feel one must take up this issue for the following reasons. But
there are some gray areas also.

1. PNB issued the joining letter and then they cannot refuse.
2. Is it a written rule that only 10th pass can get a job of a peon?
Technically speaking, when his graduation didn't yield him any job for
the last 14 years, then isn't his fundamental right to get a job?

But one must try to know that, was he working in the last X years? If
he was earning his livelyhood, then it would be a difficult
proposition.

In the last 14 years didn't he try for a job in private sector ? If
no, what was the reason for not trying for a job in the private
sector? If he got one, then why did he leave it?

The legal professionals of the list can shed more light on it.
