Windows 10 In built screen reader Narrator is not full fledge and its
focus only on basic Navigation and Reading, this may can fulfill your
basic requirements, as per me nothing more than  that   and cannot
compare this with professional third party Apps like JAWS or NVDA .

You could go with free soft NVDA which is with lot of additional
functions, or in case you have
Original MS Office use   Windows Eyes.
With Win10 both are compatible and better than in build Narrator.
In other end, JAWS   is a  highly loaded app  committed  to Windows,
to read more  about various screen reader’s compatibility with Windows

Your question is really genune   from  a  basic user point of view,
but I  don’t have more hopes  on Narrator, reason  is simple
Accessibility   and screen reader  Narrator  is  in no way the main
business focus of Microsoft, and  Third party  screen reader Apps
continue  to be  finding business  on this gap . lets  Microsoft
learn from Apple, and hopes  NVDA  become  more powerful  going
forward.
