Hi Madam, Windows 10 In built screen reader Narrator is not full fledge and its focus only on basic Navigation and Reading, this may can fulfill your basic requirements, as per me nothing more than that and cannot compare this with professional third party Apps like JAWS or NVDA .
You could go with free soft NVDA which is with lot of additional functions, or in case you have Original MS Office use Windows Eyes. With Win10 both are compatible and better than in build Narrator.
