Dear Richard, Many thanks for sharing your experience. I opted the grievance redressal mechanism suggested by you and thankfully got resolved my grievance satisfactorily. I am really impressed by This portal and mechanism which is undoubtedly effective and also working fast! my problem got solved in little over a week time.
