Dear vermaji  thank you very much for circulating information about the
competition for youth impaired. the competition will be held for the
visually  imp-ad raging from 13 to 19 years old as per your mail but to my
knowledge youth are considered from the age 18 to 35.hence competition  you
said should be consider to adolescent. farther to be noted that is there
really computer education is available in the schools for the bland show
that visually impaired ranging from 13 to 19 years could participate in the
competition.you may discuss the things if you come across with the
concerned officers.
