Hi all, You are all aware that a committee was set up to discuss the guidelines for scribes issued by the Ministry dated 26th February 2013. The government has asked for comments 1. on each clause in the Guidelines 2. the facility of scribe for the Learning Disabled. I would be happy to incorporate in my submission anyones views if you give it to me specific to a clause and not randomly.
