Friends It is heartening to know SC has finally ruled in favour of reservation in promotion for PWD. Efforts of NFB in particular are commendable in this regard.
I hope this time SC has given a detailed ruling and not just a summery order. However, am dismayed to find no newspaper coverage on the issue yet despite googling. Or am missing something here. Please forward any news coverage.
