Hi madam, I am working as a telephone operator in this factory. Yet they have other sighted person, although pressurize us for the night or second shift. Second shift timing is 12. PM. To 10 PM. And night shift 10 PM. 07.45 AM. for your information we are 2 blind and 1 sighted people but expect from the 2 blind persons of the Shift duty.
