Pardon my forgetfulness, just skipped the steps to mark the connection as metered. Now, here they are:- 1. Press windows logo key+I for settings. 2. Right arrow to network and internet and press enter. 3. Tab to your active internet connection and press enter. 4. Again tab to advanced options and press enter. 5. Take the system focus on set as metered connection with the help of tab key and press enter.
Here, I've presumed that you have home addition of windows 10.
