Other members has answer your first 2 questions so I would like to move to
3rd one. Before 1 or 2 months, I check IRCTC connect the official app for
booking on IRCTC on my androyed device, I find that there is no provission
for booking concessional ticket at that time. But I am not aware about the
current condition.

Just need to clarify a couple of issues-there was some confusion amongst two
blind friends so I thought I would ask these questions to the group
1. Can a blind person book a concessional ticket online on his own
without any sighted help?
2. If help is needed even today then where is the help needed?
3. Have you tried to book a concessional ticket through the android
app?
4. I am told that the IPhone app is good and we don't need any help to
book a concessional ticket is this true?
Harish please allow the last 2 questions on this group since they need to be
tackled together and please don't tell me to go to the mobile group for part
answers.
At present I am not doing a full report so any answers are welcome.
