Hi In my opinion it is Alt+page up for answering the call and Alt+page down to hang up the call. Alternatively, you can press Alt+A and then press down arrow until you hear accept call and press enter to answer the call. Similarly, press Alt+a and press down arrow until you hear hang up and press enter to hang up the call. This is how I have been operating Skype along with jaws for the past two years. regards,
