Dear Mukesh, You will be able to read books of all libraries once your membership is approved. The need for applying to one of the DFI member organization is mainly for verification purpose. Membership approval may take a few days since the designated person needs to do it manually by logging into the system. They will look at your disability certificate and if needed contact you for any clarification. Once your membership is approved, you will certainly get a notification.
