1. Search it on sugamya or call any participating libraries to find it. 2. Search it on torrent websites if its there. 3. Ask you classmates if they have hard copy. Take high resolution images from your camera or scanner. And do ocr.
4. If you cant do this then buy a copy of the book and send to any organisation involved in making accessible books.
