Write to the CMD of the Bank. You can also tweet. Both these methods have
worked for many.

dear list members as the subject indicates one of my friend was not
issued a.t.m. card in state bank of india he showed all the circulars
issued by r.b.i and i.b.a when he asked the bank authorities they said
that a.t.m. cards can not be issued to people using thumb impression.
please suggest what further action should he take in this regard.
