Hi, The disability certificate issued by one state is not valid for another state. Most of the job applications require the disability certificate in the format of their own and the same need to be filled by the competent authority. One can imagine the hardship of a person with vision impairment go through while applying for different jobs. At least this card is aimed as a national disability certificate and this should be made default proof of disability for education, employment and all other purpose.
