i called the number given on the site as i was not able to register my existing med certi ,as it is a computerised one issued in gujarat. the reply i got was --"the facility is not officially launched but it is only for the practice for state govt officials." so ,being an individual pwd i would not be able to do anything. so i should wait till the service is launched formally .additionally the tel no ,to be called ,is 011-24369054 because this is the number that i was told to call when i called 011-24369056(contact no mentioned on the site).
