hi there, as for my observations, this issues were faced more offen the office 2010 to 2016 users.
and also, the excel behave strange some time, for example, if you close any opened sheet, the dialogue pops up asking do you want to start new instance, yes no if we click yes, the new sheet will be presented, and if we click on no button, the backstage for excel will be opened. I feel that, there might some productivity issues hidden offen, restart required must to get rid of such issues.
