If most of the things still online are inaccessible, then government needs to 
make at least its own services fully accessible.

Its on you if you see it half empty or half full. Though I agree few
of the apps are really unmanageable but situation is certainly getting
better. If the world has to accommodate us then we should also deal
with it with pacience, Bashing isn't the only solution.
