Dear list members,
Recently I opted for Central Bank net banking. I could register my
account and have no difficulty in logging in the account. But they say
for making any transaction, I have to enter the number shown on grid
card which has combination of letters and numbers. Is there anyone on
the list using Central Bank net banking? I saw on the list that the
net banking of this particular bank is accessible and creates no
problems in independent operating. How can a totally blind person like
me read corresponding number shown on the card without sighted help
and without entering the said no. the transaction cannot proceed. I
appreciate it is for security reasons but how should we solved this
problem?
Awaiting your prompt reply,
Sincerely,
C. B. Kulkarni
