Answer 365 Offers Unique Connect

Mobile phone users can soon expect to interact with
mobile service providers -- in their own form of
expression such as slang, synonyms, and so on. 

Sybase 365, a subsidiary of Sybase, has announced
"Answer 365", a natural language service that enables
SMS communication between consumers and mobile
service providers without the use of complex keywords
and multi-level, menu-driven applications. 

"Answer 365" is billed as the next-generation user
interface (UI) for mobile messaging that promises to
make mobile services accessible in much the same
way that graphical user interface made PCs accessible
at the time of the rise of PCs. 

The "Answer 365" system is capable of tracking common
spelling mistakes, multi-part queries, slang, and
synonyms, thus bearing the promise of an effective,
efficient channel of communication. 

The interface is built on the company's 'iAnywhere
Answers Anywhere' platform, and combined with the
Sybase 365 global messaging operator-grade network.


However, the mobile industry is not the only platform
for which this program is available. Recently, Sybase
launched its 'mBanking 365' solution that enables
customers respond to alerts from banks, and easily
access their account information anytime, anywhere,
and in their own words.
