Hi RBI through its circular, had stated, all banking services should be given to blind persons. Therefore, there is no merit in baring demat services. Moreover, demat account is linked to your savings account, so, I don't what is the justification in extending savings account without demat account. This iswhimsical ways of the official concerned.
