Hi all, I am a rediffmail user since 2012 and I found it so convenient as equal to that of Gmail.com interface. Lately, I moved to the newer interface and very unfortunate for me to find out that it is not at all accessible for screen readers. I tried with both NVDA latest version and with JAWS14 (as this is the version installed in my office PC). I wanted to reset it to the older one but the option is nowhere to be found. Now, being an employee in rediff.com itself, I am planning to take this issue to the web designing team and explaining to them the necessity to include the accessibility features as per the WCAG 2.0 norms. My issue is that I don't know how to start and I doubt whether they will adhere to the guideline as prescribed because presumably there are very less visually impaired rediffmail.com users. Can someone from the accessibility background help me in this regard.
