hello, You can surely think of getting such scanner called lexcam. This scanner is manufactured by visionaid international and distributed by Sparsh Products, Dehradun.
Although its not the standalone scanner, but it can easily be attached to laptop even if you are in travel as its portable device. i am using SUCH product offered by THEM called Readit Scholar HD which has some more additional features offered by lexcam for instance, scanning with A3 size and additional magnification features for low vision. except these features, lexcam is perfectly efficient to handle your needs to scan the pages up to a4 size paper. also if you are individual user CONSIDERING ITS HUGE PRICE, i would not recommend you to go for Readit Scholar HD as its very expensive but you may think of getting lexcam as even individual user.
