I think the 75% and 25% relate to Barrier Break which is refered to as
the company in the sentence.  Being such a company, they are amazed at
banking system.  In fact, the more familiar any organisation is with
disability, the more familiar  they would be with discrimination.
Anyways, very good effort by Barrier Break.  Hearty congratulations.

I always maintain disabled customers should make noise when they are
discriminated, and such noise should be made at the top.  Banks do
listen to customers.
