hi, android led tv of sony are fully accessible with talkback. however they will cost you about 55 k for 43 inches screen size. some of samsung tisun based led tv such as j5570 40, 43 and above screen size are also accessible using the built in screen reader. but speech is not that good. although i explored some of led tv from videocon but did not find accessibility option under settings.
