Hello, You can use contactsXL, or MC backup(mycontact backup) apps to do this. Just install any of the above mentioned apps and you can get the entire contacts to a single vcf file and share it to any email ID that you provide. Then you can import by opening that vcf file from nokia c5. MC backup needs in app purchase for contacts more than 500. this is the method that i prefer to backup my contacts of my IPhone.
