Really depends on what level of control your employer has on the cafe in
question. At Google, the cafes are owned and controlled by Google and so
they are more open to suggestions. We have the menus on an internal website
and so you can take a look at them before going down. All cafe staff
undergo a little bit of disability awareness training and so they know to
assist blind employees with buffet.

You may want to talk to the cafe manager for starters if they are open to
considering any accommodations.
