Hi,
On IOS platform, the following issues I am facing with OLA app.
I am unable to recharge my ola money as most/ all of the buttons are
unlabeled.
When trying to book ola shuttle, am able to switch location but but
finds difficult to enter a location and when selecting from the
suggested search result, instead of getting the the announced location
by voice over, some other location gets selected.
After selecting the location and activating the time, the window where
there is an option to reserve a seat is completely inaccessible. Voice
Over do not provide information regarding the buttons and options in
the window . ONe cannot book a ticket or purchase a pass
independently.
However, I can book micro/ mini/prime rides with the help of Siri but
the when trying in the app it is difficult to choose a location.
Also the various tabs on the bottom of the screen are not properly
labelled and sometimes the desired tabs does not get selected.
proper headings and title of the window is missing which makes the app
difficult to navigate and comprehend.
The app should be made screen reader friendly so that a SR can provide
proper information to the users.

when things don't seem to be going your way, always know that God has
a plan for you. If you place your trust in Him, He will give you great
gifts. We don't always know what God's plans are for us. We just know
that His ways are not our ways, but His ways are always best.
