hello, i could successfully book the ticket in 3rd AC with the escort availing the concession so it should surely work for your escort in 2nd AC . in any case, reducing the age of the travelling passenger is not the advisable solution though used as compulsion because while verification of the documents in journey may cause you unnecessary harassments.
