Sir, Collecting issues from specific users and communicating the same to concern organizations is ok. but you Please strongly demand WCAG compliance for IRCTC web portal. Government themselves have made it mandatory. Government is planning to make 900 + website accessible for persons with disabilities in the next phase. Let us demand accessibility compliance that will solve issues of every one including all kinds of persons with disabilities. Also request them to maintain the compliance. Government organizations do not maintain accessibility compliance. Let us not to tollarate any more inaccessible web services and keep discussing small functionality of the web portal accessibility. Environment is inaccessible because we do not raise our voice against it.
