Unfortunately less expensive ones are not accessible fully. There are few attempts to make one MP3 plaer accessible however, I am not sure about its release in India.
If you cannot afford E5, then you could think of approaching Saksham or like minded organisations for subsidy. This device is also being provided under ADIP to those who cannot afford the cost of E5. Else, look for any android smart phone and you will be able to achieve all that you are looking for. This too is available on subsidy if there is affordability problem.
