Hi, I could be mistaken but there used to be settings on how much formatting to preserve. You probably have them set to preserve exact formatting. Try changing them and see what happens. I cannot tell you from where because I no longer have fine Reader installed. The impact of preserve exact formatting is that Fine Reader creates an image PDF. Pranav
