Hi, there is an option of audio description somewhere in the settings tab. if you enable it you will always here the audio description if available. Otherwise also, as soon as the video starts playing, find the "audio and subtitles" button, choose appropriate options and press "close". In the latest IOS 12, the "media description" option has just vanished from the voiceOver roter. So you have to go inside the voiceover settings and enable media descriptions.
