Hi, This enquiry seems to be ridiculous. 100 percent blindness is more funny.
Entrepreneurs are self motivated with their own ideas. People who don't know how to start business can't be successful business persons. Business is not the things which is to be done with the guidance of others right from the beginning. Disability should not be any question for starting any business.
