this is not a big deal for most of us. but tell me how many sighted people can type eficiently by turning off monitor?
multilingual sighted typists demand a separate keyboard for regional languages whereas multilingual blind typists won't make such demands. my point is these are our inherent skills and they need no test for someone's approval.
