Dear listers, I have come across information that visually impaired people are eligible for some tax relaxation while buying a car. A basic Google search indicated that the road tax relaxation is for vehicles with suitable modifications being driven by disabled people. There is a reference to insurance premium relaxation for the blind though the procedure did not seem clear enough. Has anyone in the list had any experience on this? Any further clarity on the issue would be much appreciated. Regards,
