Hi there, I am assuming that, you are looking with the basic phone to perform some daily tasks quickly using with keypad.
I think, Itel IT 5052 can satisfy you for performing the daily tasks such as calling, reading messages and so on. As for my experience, the device will read all the menus, incoming calls/messages etc. But, the issue with the device is, the voice don’t have much clarity. The cost of the device is rs 11 hundred.
