New Delhi (PTI): Leading job portal Naukri.com on Thursday said that it has
introduced an international jobs section on its website.
This new section would have 9,000 international jobs spread across 15 countries
with opportunities both for freshers and for professionals with upto 25
years of experience, Naukri.com said in a statement.
While the international jobs section would provide opportunities across 15
global locations, the maximum number of job vacancies would be in USA, UK, Dubai
and Singapore.
At Naukri.com, over 10 per cent of individuals of all applicants registered are
open to working abroad. At the same time, there is a huge demand for Indian
talent. Creating this section is a logical step to cater to this demand, Info
Edge (India) Ltd Chief Operating Officer Hitesh Oberoi said.
The jobs mentioned in this section would range across industries like software
services, construction, engineering, metals, oil and gas, infrastructure,
healthcare, banking, financial services and aviation.
The search option for this section would be similar to what the portal had kept
for its earlier existing sections.
The new initiative is in line with Naukri.com's plan to make the portal more
search friendly and focussed.
