Hi, I had gone to JJ hospital, Mumbai in mid Novemberfor getting my disability certificate for the first time.
While all the medical tests were completed, they said that the government had changed the procedure and they were waiting for the updated process. My chat again yesterday. New website link has to be filled up according to them. http://www.swavlambancard.gov.in/pwd/application the registration process is painful and keeps failing on the captcha. Does anyone have experience with respect to this site? Please suggest.
