Dear Accessindians, IRCTC is not picking up divyang quota and it makes reservation under general quota only. It gives concessional ticket, but the reservation is made under general quota giving a long waiting list. I made reservation on 113-12-2018 for 15th of December and I was placed under general waiting list. On 15th of December I was not cleared. Therefore I cancelled my ticket. Again, I made my ticket for 29th of December and the reservation was made in the general quota. Of course, it showed two berths available for handicapped.
May I request concerned persons to take up this matter with IRCTC? Earlier, IRCTC was working fine.
