Hi Ekinath, To answer your question, as far as I know, ofcourse there are tests available, however, the results of tests do not determine the possibility in clear yes or no. This was what I was told.
Further, There is a department called Genetic Counciling at Sankara Nethralaya at Chennai. I had been there and they are very straight forward in talking about the possibility or otherwise.
