Vaibhav here from pune, I am seeking the government order or notification for clarification of the medical leave on the ground of disability . They procedure of availing the same without producing the medical certificate inspire disability certificate... As a visual impaired, we may face eyes irritation or redness frequently. We can not approve to doctor each and every time . So by using our disability certificate can we avail the medical leave facility ... If yes then please help me with supporting documents Thanks .
