Hi, Request if you can help in confirming the present guidelines for the scribe as per the Government of India.
Do the earlier court guideline of 2013 with no qualification constraints of the scribe is still valid? Or is it the new guideline of 2018 is effective now, where I believe some limitations were made on scribe's qualification ?
