Auto TTS switches languages on the fly as per the configurations set by you it’s settings. All these things also depend on the kind of synthesisers installed on your android device. If you have a Tamil TTS on your your phone it would switch to that language if you have specified the settings in this app. Without this app you may not be able to change languages and read the text of various languages if you do not have it on your phone.
