Dear access Indians, Yesterday I went in a bank to open a new account. And I asked them for ATM and cheque book for the same.
but they told me we cannot issue your ATM and cheque book because of your thumb impression. I tried to explain to the bank manager but he was not ready to listen anything. Requesting you all please send me the circular which is issued by the reserve Bank of India or government of India where the specific rules and regulations are being mentioned regarding ATMs and cheque books.
