Dear friends,In Kerala, the PSC was giving 12 percent grace marks to the disabledpeople in the appointment procedure. As the Govt officially anouncedthe implimentation of the RPD act, that weightage given to thedisabled is deleted and there is no grace marks at present. I wouldlike to know what is the condition in the UPSC and other states inIndia regarding the Grace marks.
