Solutions/ work-arounds to your issues.
1. There is a log out link just after the last logged in details. Click on
that link with the JAWS cursor.
2. Audio reading of captchas has been disabled as a security precaution.
Disabling of audio reading of captchas has been done on other websites
including the Income-tax department website for the same reasons.
3. I face no problems in transferring funds from my account to
third-parties. Are you trying to transfer funds between 2 of your own
accounts or to a third-party account? If transferring to a third-party
account, verify if third-party transfers have been enabled for your bank
account.
4. Which menus/ submenus are not working with the JAWS cursor? I just tried
many of them & they worked properly.
Also, which browser are you using to open the HDFC Bank website?
