You are absolutely correct sir, but the truth is that, AICB had also got the membership of sugamya pustakalaya, but now they have discontinued, don't know why. Yet they sale there all books in brf files by reducing the cost up to 25% only. That means, we can get the BRF files of any book from the AICB, which they have in hard copy Braille but we have to pay 75% cost out of the total cost of any hard copy Braille book from there.
