George, If you look at the June 2008 circular from RBI you will find many issues covered. If you ask people you will find that each of the issues are initially resolved and then again ..... For eg. 1. Opening of Bank account-this is primarily done and dusted but if we look around we still find cases of VI not being allowed to open a Bank account. 2. Mobile aps were initially rectified like Union Bank of India and then they became inaccessible. How many times and how many years are we going to fight the same battle. K
